Hello, I’m Ryan - founder of Functional Supply.

Growing up in a medical family, I was always curious about how the body works and how to keep it performing at its best. That curiosity led me to study sport science, but I eventually realised my path wasn’t in medicine - it was in helping people take care of their bodies in a different way.

A volleyball injury at 16 left me with chronic pain that lasted for years. When I finally tried a massage gun, the difference was immediate. That simple experience inspired me to start Functional Supply - a brand built around accessible recovery tools and genuine, tested benefits.

It’s been a long journey through lockdowns and lessons, but the mission’s the same: to make recovery easier, smarter, and available to everyone.
